Assessment of the case
We examine the documents you have available and explain what the law provides, what procedures exist and what each of them requires. We will also tell you when going to court is not the right course.

Agreement on fees
Before we take the case on, we agree in writing the scope of the engagement and the fee, together with the court costs and duties provided for the particular procedure.

Handling the case
We draft and file the pleadings, monitor the file at every stage and keep you informed of every development and of every step required from you.
