3. The content does not constitute legal advice
All of the content on this website is provided for general information purposes only and in no case constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion or a recommendation to take any particular step. Every case is decided on the basis of its own particular facts and the legislation and case law in force at the relevant time.
Visiting the website, reading its content, sending a message through the contact form or sending an email does not create a lawyer–client relationship between you and the firm. Such a relationship is established only in writing or by express agreement of the parties, after any conflict of interest has been checked and the firm has accepted the case.

The contact form is intended for a first, brief description of your request.
- Do not send sensitive or confidential information and documents before the engagement has been agreed. Until a lawyer–client relationship is established, the material you send is not necessarily covered by legal professional privilege as against third parties.
- Please confine yourself to a general description of the matter and your contact details.

8. Professional conduct of the legal profession
The firm practises in compliance with the Code of Lawyers (Law 4194/2013) and the Code of Conduct of the Legal Profession, as well as the decisions and regulations of the Piraeus Bar Association.
This website does not constitute advertising within the meaning of the law. It is legitimate information for the public about the identity, practice areas and contact details of the firm, without comparative claims, without promises or guarantees as to the outcome of cases and without soliciting clients in a manner contrary to professional conduct rules.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any matter relating to the use of the website, are governed by Greek law. The courts of Piraeus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise.
If any individual term is held to be void or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms is not affected.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and the content and structure of the website at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect once they are posted on this page, with an indication of the date of last revision. Continued use of the website after posting constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
